FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection during construction of oil and gas wells on land, in particular to methods of disposal of drilling mud to obtain environmentally safe soil. Essence of the proposed new technology consists in mixing drill cuttings with components that improve its chemical, physical and mechanical properties, resulting in an environmentally safe product - man-made soil (soil-like material), process of production (formation) and use of which does not lead to negative effect on components of natural environment. Method of recycling drill cuttings involves loading of drilling slime to a process site, introduction of reagents, sand, mixing of reagents, sand and drilling mud, at the same time the following operations are successively performed: drilling mud is placed in production maps using excavator and dump truck in volume, during recycling of which total volume of sludge and introduced components does not exceed 95 % of card volume, uniform distribution of reagents (lime, gypsum, hydrophobizators) and half of design volume of sand by shovel surface on surface of drilling slurry, preliminary mixing and alignment of mixture by means of excavator, for example, 0.5–1 minutes per 3 m3 of initial components, binder (cement) and second half of design volume of sand are uniformly distributed on surface by bucket of excavator, homogenization of mixture using excavator to uniform state in circular, reciprocating movements, lifting and discharging of materials with boom displacement to distance, providing possibility of capturing non-mixed volume of material, for example, 3–4 minutes per 3 m3 of initial components, movement of mixture and formation of temporary storage in stack with the help of excavator and bulldozer and maintenance of technogenic soil, for example for 12 hours. Time intervals are specified for normal conditions (reagent and drilling mud temperature is about 20 °C) and can both increase with temperature reduction and decrease with temperature increase.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of environmental safety of construction of oil and gas wells on land due to effective neutralization of entire volume of recycled drilling wastes, this will make it possible to improve environmental situation in areas of location of various industrial enterprises.
