FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, particularly, to means of compressor turbine blades monitoring. Device has a capacitive sensor installed on the body perpendicular to the trajectory of moving wheel blades' tops. Sensor represents an elongated electrode fixed on the inner side of the body and oriented diagonally relative to the trajectory of the blades' tops so as to pass along the axis of rotation of the moving wheel across the blades' edges trajectories. Note here that located downstream end of the electrode is shifted circumferentially relative to its upstream end in the same direction that the rear edges of the blades relative to front edges of the blades. On the basis of capacitance change in time and the corresponding signal the time of the blades passing is determined.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of monitoring accuracy.
