SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stereolithography machine (1). Machine includes container (2) for fluid substance (14), source (3) of predefined radiation (3a) suited to solidify fluid substance (14); optical unit (4) suited to direct radiation (3a) towards reference surface (5) in fluid substance (14); logic control unit (6) configured to control optical unit (4) and/or source (3) so as to expose a predefined portion of reference surface (5). Optical unit (4) comprises micro-opto-electro-mechanical system (7) provided with mirror (8) associated with actuator means (7a) for rotation around at least two rotation axes (X, Y) incident on and independent of each other, arranged to direct radiation (3a) towards each point of reference surface (5) through a corresponding combination of rotations around two axes (X, Y).
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using machine according to invention consists in providing given accuracy for optimal results.
