SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stereolithographic device (1) comprising container (2) for flowable substance (15) suitable for curing under irradiation with predetermined radiation (3a); laser source (3) suitable for emitting a beam of said predetermined radiation (3a); optical vector scanner unit (4) configured to perform vector scanning of reference surface (5) located in said container (2) in accordance with a desired image of the vector data by said predetermined radiation; memory device for storing said vector data image representing an image scanned on said reference surface; logical control unit (6) configured to control said vector scanning optical unit (4) and/or said laser source (3), so as to irradiate a predetermined portion of said support surface (5) with said radiation (3a) in accordance with said vector data image; wherein said optical scanning vector unit (4) comprises first and second micro-opto-electromechanical systems (MOEMS) (7, 8) arranged in series one after another with respect to the propagation path of said predetermined radiation, each MOEMS system contains: mirror (9) having a diameter of between about 2 mm and about 8 mm associated with support structure (10) by means of joint device (11) configured to set rotation axis (X1, X2) for said mirror (9); drive (12) suitable for moving said mirror (9) about said rotation axis (X1, X2) in a quasi-static manner at such an angular velocity, the corresponding marking speed of said laser beam on said support surface (5) is between about 0.5 m/s and about 3 m/s, when said laser source (3) emits said predetermined radiation (3a) during said vector scan.
EFFECT: stereolithographic device is proposed.
