FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, and can be applied to well drilling. Device contains casing with drill tool hoisted on hose into well, installed with possibility of rotation from rotation drive, and possibility of axial movement relative to body. Rotation drive and axial movement drive of drilling tool are arranged in housing equipped with spacer mechanism. As rotation drive of drilling tool there is hydraulic motor with drive hollow shaft, installed in housing. Sleeve, whereon body is suspended, is armoured, and high-pressure hoses are passed through it for supply of gaseous or liquid working medium, one of which is connected to hydraulic motor. Drill tool consists of upper and lower parts, each thereof is mounted on its hollow shaft to rotate in opposite directions from hollow shaft driven by hydraulic motor. Hollow shafts of drilling tools are aligned to drive hollow shaft of hydraulic motor. Hollow shaft of upper part of drilling tool encloses hollow shaft of lower part of drilling tool. Drive shaft of hydraulic motor is passed into hollow shaft of lower part of drilling tool and is connected with hollow shaft of upper part of drilling tool with possibility of axial movement relative to both hollow shafts of drilling tool. Spacer mechanism is made in form of pneumatic or fluid cylinders of spacer dies, installed outside housing, radially movable relative to housing by means of connected second high-pressure hose. Hollow shafts are installed in move-guiding pipe equipped with thrust flange. In lower part of housing and in lower part of drilling tool there are, channels for supply of compressed air or drilling mud, communicated with armoured hose through cavity of housing. Drive of axial movement of drilling tool is made in form of vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, installed along axis of housing above hydraulic motor. Rod of the latter is connected with thrust flange of guiding pipe by means of rods attached to flange set at lower end of rod. Vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder is connected to third and fourth hoses for supply of working medium for control over vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: higher reliability with simultaneous improvement of efficiency is provided.
