FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for well drilling. Device comprises lowered on sleeve into well casing with drill tool, installed with possibility of axial movement relative to it on hollow shaft, rotation drive and drive of axial movement of hollow shaft of drilling tool. Housing is equipped with spacer mechanism. Rotation drive of drilling tool in housing there is a hydraulic motor with drive hollow shaft. Sleeve on which is suspended body is armoured and high pressure hoses are passed through it for supply of gaseous or liquid working medium, one of which is connected to hydraulic motor. Drive shaft is passed in hollow shaft drilling tool and connected therewith to displace axially relative to it. Spacer mechanism is made in form of installed outside housing with possibility of radial movement relative to housing by means of pneumatic or fluid cylinders of spacer dies connected to second high-pressure hose. Hollow shaft is installed in guide pipe thereof, equipped with thrust flange. In lower part of housing and in drilling tool there are, communicated with armoured sleeve through cavity of housing, channels for supply of compressed air or drilling mud. Drive of axial movement of drilling tool is made in form of installed along axis of housing above hydraulic drive of vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, latter is connected with thrust flange of guiding pipe by means of rods attached to attached at lower end of rod flange, and vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder is connected to third and fourth hoses for supply of working medium for controlling vertical pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: higher reliability with simultaneous improvement of efficiency.
