FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of metals from acid corrosion, including by means of contact inhibitors, particularly, to obtain stable passivating layers on the surface of ferrous and nonferrous metals from aqueous solutions and can be used for protecting metal surfaces, as well as for preparing surface for application of other anti-corrosion agents. Inhibiting composition contains aqueous solutions of nickel complexonates (+2) and chromium (+3) with phosphonic acid, nickel orthophosphates (+2), chrome (+3), orthophosphoric acid and molybdenum compounds (+6), such as molybdates sodium and/or potassium and/or molybdenum acid.
EFFECT: inhibiting composition provides anticorrosion protection of process equipment operated in acid medium caused by presence of orthophosphoric, sulphur, etc, acids, which considerably lowers costs, simplifies and reduces technological processes, which involve stainless steels equipment working in acidic media.
