SUBSTANCE: compound used for removing scale from heat-transfer surfaces of heat-and-power generating equipment has product of oxidizing and hydrolytic destruction of biogenic wastes incorporating humic materials and water. Scale is removed by means of this compound under hydrodynamic conditions whose parameters for source diameter of tubes being washed are determined before washing, Process is conducted at washing liquid temperature of 70±10°C with liquid continuously circulating for the entire period specified for complete cleaning.
