SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in ship building, nuclear power engineering and other industries. Hydraulic electric pump includes a pipe for sealing, a stator with three-phase winding, a rotor with permanent magnet shaped as a pipe and screw blades and two magnetic bearings. To the flanges of the pipe two shields are attached with apertures and a central part in the hole of which a shaft on bearings is attached. Herewith the screw blades are rigidly attached to the shaft while the rotor ends are in contact with the shields.

EFFECT: ensuring static stability of the rotor rotation.
