SUBSTANCE: device comprises continuous transmission (28), which forms loaded and empty branches (36, 38) and sets direction (22) of transportation. Guide device (24, 26) of continuous transmission includes first and second bypass elements (44, 46) at which it is drawn. Continuous transmission moves multiple bearing links (54) which are located and made so that they can interact with bearing structures (58) on which object is fastened. Besides, continuous transmission moves multiple links (60a, 60b) which are located and made so that they can interact with standardised fasteners of automotive bodies (12).
EFFECT: reduced power consumption during transportation of automotive bodies through processing plants, possibility to use the same continuous transmission for transportation of automotive bodies without or on frames or other objects on frames.
