FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: collector comprises a frame, rollers, chain circuit with flexible blades. The closed chain circuit with blades forms a trapezoidal fruit-collecting circuit. The lower side of the trapezoid is equal to the required area of rolling in fruit, and the top - the unloading zone. The area of rolling in is 1.5…2 times greater than the unloading zone. The fruit-collecting circuit has a trapezoidal frame, in the corners of which bypass circuit chain sprockets fitted with blades are installed. The frame is fixed to the tractor hinged system and is mounted on the axis of the rut of the tractor drive wheel. The blades of the chain circuit have [-shaped frame, between the shelves of which an elastic wall is attached. The outer shelves of the blades are covered with a conveyor contour, made in the form of toothed belts with teeth directed outwards and having spade bugs in the area of the blade outer shelf. The distance between the belts is the minimum size of fruits to be collected, and is fixed between them with the top shelf of a [-shaped frame. To feed the fruit to the fruit-collecting circuit an active feeder is provided in the form of a scraper conveyor, which scrapers have in front the open inlet part and a closed rear flexible wall and fixed to the links of bush roller chain installed on the drive and idler sprockets fixed on the drive shaft and the stretched axis on the frame, consisting of two pipes with automatic springs-tensioners. Pipes are connected to each other with the axis-bracket. The drive of the feeder is carried out by the hydromotor.

EFFECT: invention provides increased productivity, reduced injuries of fruits and increased operational reliability.
