SUBSTANCE: sowing complex includes sowing unit and power facility for it. Power is provided by a device, which can move on soil with absolute humidity of 2 % and more, up to 100 %, above the upper limit of humidity of physical ripeness of soil at the rate of 6-80 km/h, “Bars UTES 271” or air-cushion device. Ratio of the weight of a seeder to its gripping width is not greater than 300 kg/m.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to reduce losses of spring moisture by providing the possibility of sowing seeds in hydromorphic soil.
