FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing reactive polyurethane composition, where first step includes obtaining monomer-free thermoplastic polyurethane, having isocyanate-reactive group capable of reacting with isocyanate polymer or a mixture of capable of reacting with isocyanate polymers, having a fraction of at least 90 wt% linear molecules, by interaction with polyisocyanate with molecular weight < 500 g/mol, with molar deficiency of isocyanate groups in polyisocyanate relative to isocyanate-reactive terminal groups of polymer or mixture of polymers; and at second step of method said thermoplastic polyurethane reacts with a prepolymer with terminal isocyanate groups with low monomer content, having a residual monomer content of not more than 0.5 wt%, with molar ratio of isocyanate-reactive terminal groups of thermoplastic polyurethane to prepolymer isocyanate groups of 1:1.1 to 1:5, to produce polyurethane composition containing reactive isocyanate groups; wherein said method with addition of inorganic filler component fraction in range of 15 wt% to 30 wt%, and optionally auxiliary substances, and filler contains particles of at least one filler having Mohs hardness of at least 6, and reactive polyurethane composition has viscosity from 2,000 MPa·s to 100,000 MPa·s at temperature 120°C. Present invention also relates to reactive polyurethane compositions obtained using said methods, use thereof as coating material and to products containing such composition on their surface.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining coating systems, characterised by high resistance to abrasion and scratch resistance, containing or release as few hazardous substances as possible.
