SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind wheel of wind generator comprises a body having the shape of cylinder. Rear side of the housing is made open, and the front, facing the wind flow, side of the housing is divided into two equal parts, part of the body, closing blades run towards wind flow is made in the form of triangular prism, height of which is equal to height of the cylindrical body, one lateral side of triangular prism is common side with part of the front side of the housing, closing run on the wind flow blades closes run on air flow blades, the second side of triangular prism is made in the form of a flat plate, directed towards air flow vector the third side of triangular prism is made in the form of a flat or concave plate, one edge of which is connected with the protruding edge of the second side of triangular prism, and the other edge of side of triangular prism adjacent to the nearest edge of the open part of cylindrical housing, on the upper base of the cylindrical housing there is wind vane, wherein impeller is made up of connected by lateral sides composite triangular prisms, forming a cylinder, and between adjacent sides of composite triangular prisms plate blades are installed.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to increase of efficiency of using wind flow and elimination of possible accident at destruction of wind wheel.
