SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, namely, to a system for protecting the population from terrorist acts by spraying poisonous gases in metro and railway tunnels, as well as to the municipal service of the subway and, in particular, can be used to purify the air from poisonous gases and from dust in tunnels and on aprons of metro and railway stations. A method for minimizing human losses when spraying poisonous gases in metro and railway tunnels is presented. Wind generators and vacuum cleaners connected in series are built into the vertical wall of the apron of the metro station and the railway, at the exit from the tunnel and the entrance to it of the electric train, the created air flow from the movement of the electric train through the tunnel starts the wind generators, which supply electric current to turn on the vacuum cleaners, which capture air from poisonous gases and dust. Those halves of the entrance windows of wind generators, in which the blades of the rotating impeller move towards the air flow, are closed with planes commensurate with the halves of the closed windows of the wind generators formed by the legs of the elements in the form of rectangular prisms with triangular bases, so that the planes formed by the hypotenuses of the elements in the form of rectangular prisms with triangular bases tilted towards the open halves of the wind turbine windows.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the minimization of human losses among metro and railway passengers during a terrorist act by spraying poisonous gases in metro and railway tunnels, as well as purifying the air from dust at underground metro and railway stations in tunnels.
