Required technical result is achieved in a device comprising, connected to a control unit, a game access unit, game selection unit, game display unit, winning storage unit, winning output unit, module for generating game combination including game information carrier storage unit, means of selecting game information carrier, game information carrier in form of a lottery ticket with a game and code field, game information carrier issuing unit, information display unit, made in the form of a reading device, memory unit, input of which is connected to output of information display unit, code decoding unit and unit-circuit for identification of prize in cash form or in form of cargo equivalent, corresponding to nominal of prize, wherein game access unit is equipped with means of transmitting an information signal on presented lottery ticket of a draw lottery and obtaining a response information signal, and information display information in the form of a reading device is capable of reading information from presented lottery ticket of draw lottery and obtaining code of size of prize from response information signal.
