FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal equipment, particularly to food cooking boilers with indirect heating, in which heating and boiling is carried out using water steam jackets, and can be used at catering enterprises for boiling broth, vegetables, side dishes, as well as production of first courses, compotes, beverages, boiling of milk. This is achieved by fact that food cooking boiler includes housing, accommodating a boiling vessel and steam generator, wherein along whole length of annular space between housing and cooking vessel (boiler jacket) elastic vapor impermeable film-membrane is installed, tightly adjacent to vessel and preventing access of air to it from side of jacket. Steam generated by steam generator of boiler is supplied between cooking vessel and membrane, which is under excessive pressure is expanded and pressed to wall of housing, thus condensing without contact with air. Installation in jacket space of boiler elastic membrane separating heating steam from air, ensures preservation of intermediate heat carrier in steam generator, thus excluding losses of heat with releasing of steam into environment and reducing time of food cooking boiler heating by 14 %. At that, food cooking boiler operating in sealed mode, eliminates corrosion of jacket housing, not contacting with heating steam, provides absence of scale formation on surface of electric heaters, increasing service life of device, does not require installation of double safety valve, reduces service personnel labor costs.

EFFECT: higher heat efficiency of food cooking boiler, reduced time of heating by 14 %, lower service personnel labor costs and longer service life.
