FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, particularly to fruit-berry plant growing, particularly to tapestries and methods of their installation, and is used for attachment of vine grape bushes, crowns of undersized fruit trees, bushes and other frizzy plant perennial crops. Espalier based on invariant profile post is made by extrusion of polymer composite material and provides preparation of thermoplastic composition of secondary polymers PET, LDPE, HDPE, reinforcing cut carbon fiber, reinforcing carbon nanotubes, modifiers, filler for producing granules and subsequent extrusion of machines for cutting on columns. Installation of trellis using wire fixing devices eliminates grounding of embedded, installation of the arm, stop into soil. Post is made with reinforcement of ribs in invariant version: tubular type, solid geometry of the hollow section. Attachment of trellis wire is done in a free suspension on vertical column and in fixed position with elements in the form of a hook, a hook with a lock, a clamp, a clevis. Fixation of a wire prevents its loss of bed laying and its longitudinal movement. Post is not subject to corrosion, is resistant to action of mineral fertilizers and to natural climatic factors. Complete attachment of a wire are made by stamping, are given heat treatment, are zinced. Assembly of trellis features by simplicity of implementation, and does not require significant expenses.

EFFECT: high manufacturability of assembly elements of the device, simple design and installation of trellis lead to significant reduction of overheads, meet the requirements of long-term operation.
