FIELD: space.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space satellite systems of local view. System consists of satellites with optical-electronic equipment for remote probing arranged on circular orbits with identical height and inclinations. Uplink orbit nodes are moved relatively the Sun projection on the equatorial plane with non-zero angular speed. Each satellite has non-active intervals in observation of a given latitude belt of planet surface: with maximum (more than revolution period) and minimum (no more than revolution period) times. Uplink satellite orbit units respectively are spaced apart by angle from the range of lower value equal to angle of rotation with the specified angular speed for said minimum time to the upper value equal to angle of this rotation within the specified maximum time.
EFFECT: technical result consists in decreasing outages during observation of illuminated areas of the planet at optimum number of selected orbital planes and reduced fuel consumption for maintenance of satellite structure.
