FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical equipment and can be used at a geophysical survey during boring drilling of horizontal and inclined oil and gas wells together with bottom-hole telemetry systems. Complex downhole device during drilling includes a housing, wherein there are at least two receiving and two transmitting antenna units connected with the electronics unit, inside the housing of the device there is a flow pipe, on which there are modules of the electronic unit, in one of the antenna units under an insulating case there is a sensor of power loads connected with the electronic unit, in a cylindrical cavity on the outer surface of the housing there is a sensor of pressure in the annular space connected with the electronic unit.
EFFECT: present invention enables higher informative value, effectiveness and quality of measurements,which results in a technical effect meaning the improvement of operational characteristics of the device, which make it possible to optimize the process of drilling of horizontal and inclined oil and gas wells.
