FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises growing sterile microplants of potatoes on Murashige and Skoog medium. Grown potato microplants in aseptic conditions are surface-inoculated with Bacillus subtilis 26D ARRIAM 128 with low antagonistic activity by application of spore culture on leaves. After 14 days in aseptic conditions from surface-sterilised fragments of stems of potatoes cell culture is recovered. Antagonistic activity of recovered culture is higher than that of initial population of cells.

EFFECT: invention simplifies method of recovery of antagonist activity, as well as enhance strain antagonist activity relatively to phytopathogenic fungi.
