FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, particularly to preparation of preparations and insecticidal action. Disclosed is a strain of bacteria Bacillus subtilis 26DCryChS (RCAM04928), obtained from natural strain B. subtilis 26D by recombinant transformation with plasmid pDG1662, containing target gene cry1Ia (identification number GenBank X62821.1), coding synthesis of insectotoxic protein Cry1Ia. Obtained recombinant B. subtilis 26DSyChS strain preserved the useful utility properties of the initial B. subtilis 26D strain, obtained high insecticidal activity, as well as higher growth stimulating and antagonistic activity.
EFFECT: bacterial strain can be used in plant growing as a base of a single-component microbiological preparation with complex biological activity stimulating growth of plants, mobilizing phosphates, insecticidal and antagonistic.
