FIELD: pipes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthetic moulded articles, for example, for production of friction-reducing tapes, used as an intermediate layer of flexible liquid pipelines, for example, for transportation of oil. Said moulded article is made from an improved mixture of polyphenylene sulphone (PFSU) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Polytetrafluoroethylene prior to extruding has content of particles with size less than 3 mqm from 8 to 12 wt%, and content of particles with size of less than 25 mqm is at least 88 vol%. Mixing PTFE and PFSU in a first extruder at ambient pressure is performed at temperature between 345 C and 385 C. After first extrusion prepared granulate is extruded in a single-screw extruder.

EFFECT: invention provides especially uniform mechanical properties in both direction of extrusion and across direction of extrusion, enables to obtain material, such as tape friction reducing in pipelines, which is adapted to prevailing conditions during transportation of oil (temperature approximately 130 C, pressure from 300 to 400 bar).
