FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-quenching foam or its concentrates containing surfactant containing carbohydrate and siloxane. Wherein surfactant contains molecule, selected from a group comprising:
or their mixtures, wherein: A - substituted or unsubstituted carbohydrate or its derivative containing from 1 to 4 sugar units; B - optimal Linker substructure consisting of at least one atom, or chain; C - oligo siloxane.
EFFECT: technical result is production of effective fire quenching foam concentrates which contain equally effective as far as possible, but preferably less toxic and free from halogens surfactants.
