SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and lighting engineering, and can be applied to production of lighting systems. Light-emitting device contains light source to emit light with first wavelength, and element, converting light with first wavelength into light with second wavelength. Wavelength-converting element comprises carrier polymer material, which contains polyester backbone chain containing aromatic component, and at least one wavelength-converting material, which is perylene derivative.
EFFECT: invention ensures increased service life of light-emitting device and stability of its operation.
