FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a graft polymer GP, comprising a polymer backbone chain P and at least one graft component G, associated with polymer backbone chain, wherein graft component G has general formula -S-R1-X-R2, in which R1 and R2 independently from each other are linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, such that total number of carbon atoms in groups R1 and R2 ranges from 2 to 110; X is an amide, amino acid functional group, urea or urethane functional group, wherein graft component G is connected with polymer chain P through a sulphur atom, wherein chain P is produced as a result of copolymerisation of diene links with conjugated double bonds and monovinyl aromatic hydrocarbon links.
EFFECT: graft polymer GP can be used in many fields, such as coatings, paints, thermoplastics, adhesives, lubricants, fuels, inks, cements, construction materials, rubbers and bitumens; can be used in particular for thermoreversibly cross-linking bitumen/polymer compositions and thus for reducing coating, spreading and/or compaction temperatures during production of bitumen mixtures.
