SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tyre containing a diene elastomer-based rubber composition, reinforcing filler, a chemical crosslinking agent and 0.1-2.0 mol % of a modifier selected from compounds of formula (I): 
, where R denotes a link having at least one reactive group, R1 is hydrogen, R2 is an alkylene radical containing 2-8 carbon atoms and optionally one or more heteroatoms selected from S, N, O or Si, A is an oxygen or sulphur atom or a =NH group, preferably an oxygen atom.
EFFECT: invention increases MSA module, improves relative elongation and breaking strength with considerable reduction of hysteresis of the composition.
