SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine

and concerns diagnostic technique for severity of bronchial asthma. Method is implemented by detecting myoglobin peroxidase activity by histochemical method after bronchial mucosa biopsy materials fixing in 10 % formalin solution during 5 days, their freezing and preparation of sections with thickness of 5 mqm, that are placed on 1 min in benzene and stained for 5-8 minutes at 80 °C in solution, consisting of 100 mg benzidine in 0.85 % NaCl, solution is cooled down and filtered, adding to 9 ml of solution 1 ml of 40 % ammonium chloride solution and 1 drop of 3 % hydrogen peroxide solution, after conducted reaction sections are rinsed in 0.85 % NaCl and enclosed in gelatin-glycerin for further study of myoglobin peroxidase activity by "Scion" program.

EFFECT: at reduction of Myoglobin peroxidase activity in smooth muscular bronchi to 27,5 ±1,1 standard units, reduction of bronchial lumen to 55,0±2,3%, reduction of LVC to 69,1 ±4,2 %, FVC to 64,2±3,8 %, FEV1 to 45,7±4,4%, bronchial passibility MVH75 to 32,4 ±2,9% severe form of bronchial asthma is diagnosed.
