FIELD: medicine, pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested prophylaxis of bronchial asthma should be carried out in pulmonological patients according to the following technique: patients should get up at about 5-6 o'clock in the morning, walk to the seaside for about 20-30 min to do morning exercises there for 20-30 min, then they should take seawater procedures to swim about 150-200 m. In winter period patients should spill seawater over themselves at above +8°C, dry themselves till light hyperemia, dress, drink hot beverage and walk for about 20-30 min. The innovation enables to increase the function of sympathetic nervous system and adrenal cortex.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
