SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse engineering and can be used in pulse circuits for different purposes, supplied by low-voltage sources. Pulse generator on an avalanche transistor using S-shaped current-voltage curve on side of collector comprises a storage capacitor, a first resistor, a first diode connected anti-parallel to emitter-base junction of avalanche transistor, a second diode, a compensating capacitor, a second resistor and a transformer throttle.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a self-triggering generator and possibility of using low-voltage power supply sources.
