FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism comprises locking and control elements, pressed to the active position. One of them is installed in cylinder (2), where it is fixed in active position at least in one position "closed" delay. In the first mechanism modification in cylinder (2) there is fixing element (64), in active position fixing with a certain gap position of cylinder (2) in body (6). In the latter there is control element (s) (66), in active position and with approximation of cylinder (2) to the boundary of play pressing fixing element (64) to its passive position with force, overcoming its flights. In the second modification in swivel lead (54), controling locking mechanism lock, fixing element (4) is installed, in active position fixing with a certain gap position of cylinder (2) relative to the swivel lead (54). In cylinder (2) there is control element (20), in active position and with approximation of cylinder (2) to the boundary of play pressing fixing element (4) to its passive position with force, not overcoming its tightening.
EFFECT: technical result - reduction of destructive stresses in the cylinder while trying to turn it.
