FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nano-capsules of adaptogens in konjac gum. Above method is characterized by that adaptogen is added to the suspension of konjak gum in butanol in the presence of complex glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant, then ethyl acetate is added, the produced suspension of nano-capsules is filtered and dried, the ratio of nucleus/shell of nano-capsules makes 1:3 or 5:1.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification and acceleration of the process of nano-encapsulation of immunomodulators, as well as higher weight yield.
