FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules of adaptogens in gellan gum characterized by that the quantity of adaptogens: extracts of eleutherococcus, ginseng, Chinese magnolia vine, rhodiola rosea or aralia is added to the suspension of gellan gum in isopropanol, in presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as a surfactant with mixing at 1,300 rpm, at the weight ratio of nucleus:shell of 1:3 or 5:1, then 1,2-dichloroethane is added; the prepared suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: invention provides a simpler and faster process of producing nanocapsules, reducing accompanying loss at nanocapsules production (higher weight yield).
