SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry, namely to a medicinal agent, possessing antiviral and anti-inflammatory action and represents a soft dosage form. Pharmaceutical composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of hiporhamine and target additives. At the same time as a target additive is used an emulsion wax, with the following ratio of composition components, g: hiporhamine 0.45-05; emulsion wax 6.0-8.0; vaseline oil 8.0-10.0; glycerine 8.0-10.0; sorbic acid 0.2-0.3; purified water to 100,0.
EFFECT: therapeutic composition is made in the form of cream, possesses high bioavailability availability and stability during storage due to combination of components of the dosage form, sequence of their introduction.
