FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of inhibited hydrochloric acid, in particular, to acid corrosion inhibitors of steel, and can be used in oil, machine building, chemical and other industries for protection of steel equipment. Method includes amination chloroparaffins C10-C17 with content of organic chlorine 15-46 wt%, wherein source of amino compounds used is still residues of production of aniline, and amination is carried out at ratio of organic chlorine to amines 1.0: (1.0-3.0) and temperature of 120-150 °C. Method includes amination chloroparaffins C10-C17 with content of organic chlorine 15-46 wt%, wherein source of amino compounds used is still residues of production of aniline, and amination is carried out at ratio of organic chlorine to amines 1.0:(1.0-3.0) and temperature of 120-150 °C, obtained product is dissolved in ratio 1:20 in a mixture of hydrochloric acid, acetone and formalin, taken in weight ratio (10-15):(7-10):(50-75) respectively.

EFFECT: technical result is simple technology for production of inhibitor and recycling still residues.
