FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to graphic user interfaces, particularly to displaying background belonging to electronic display. Method includes determining position of end element in a mesh representation according to information about an attribute of end element and adjacent elements, which is one of items displayed according to mesh presentation, finding configuration file of background image according to position of end element in a mesh representation and information of background image, corresponding to target, and displaying background pattern of end element according to information of background image.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labour costs and time of creation of interface.
