FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine building and concerns a safety valve of double action, used in breathing system of oil cavities of bearing supports of aircraft gas turbine engine rotor for maintaining of preset air pressure conditions in oil cavities. Double-acting safety valve comprises body with two mounting seats, interacting with two plate gates, one of which - in excess pressure - spring-loaded into the oil cavity, while another one- is negative pressure -spring-loaded into the atmosphere. Body frame is made from the middle and two end parts connected among themselves by thread through the middle part. Vacuum gate seat is made on the disk gate of excess pressure in the form of two concentric annular ledges, inner cavity between which communicates with atmosphere. Plate of excess pressure gate is equipped with a shank with guide in the middle part of the housing. Plate of vacuum gate is equipped with a shank with a guide surrounding outside the shank end of the plate of excess pressure gate. Gates of an overpressure and underpressure are pressed to pocket seats by springs, adjustable by adjustment rings installed under end faces of springs in the middle part of the housing.
EFFECT: invention provides reliability of safety valve of double action, improves tightness of the plate shutters of excess and low pressures, simplifies maturation of valve.
