FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, particularly to means of measuring electric current, and can be used in Hall sensors. Method means that on the first and the second current contacts of a Hall sensor, which is used for measurement of current, direct current is supplied, and on the first and the second Hall contacts test alternating current is supplied of constant amplitude with a frequency, which exceeds the upper range value of the measured current. When measuring the current simultaneously measured between the first and the second Hall contacts are Hall voltage, which is the measure of the measured current, wherein with the measured current measurement error from the temperature changes of the Hall sensor, and the second voltage, which is the measure of temperature of the Hall sensor. Herewith the frequency range of the Hall voltage corresponds to the frequency range of the measured current, a the lower value of the frequency range of the second voltage exceeds the upper value of frequency range of the measured current. During calibration of the Hall sensor recorded is the dependence of the Hall and the second voltages on changes of the measured current and the temperature of the Hall sensor, wherein at measuring the current this dependence is used to calculate the current value by the measured values of the Hall and the second voltages.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of the Hall sensor current measurement accuracy by reducing the current measurement error from temperature changes of the Hall sensor.
