FIELD: measuring equipment, possible use for reducing systematic errors of absolute measurements of magnetic field induction by magnetometer with four-contact Hall sensor.
SUBSTANCE: method for reducing errors of Hall magnetometer includes simultaneous measurement of Hall voltage and non-balance voltage. During calibration of magnetometer in constant magnetic field at various sensor temperatures, dependence of transformation steepness on remainder voltage is determined as ratio of Hall voltage to induction of magnetic field where calibration was performed, and during measurement the dependence is sued for computing magnetic field induction on basis of measured values of Hall and remainder voltages.
EFFECT: compensated temperature errors of magnetometer.
