SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for rehabilitation of patients with pelvic diseases (prostatitis, urinary incontinence, uterine myoma etc.), as well as for their prevention. Includes exercises on a bareback horse standing on place and pacing. Each exercise of the main and the final parts is performed with underlying respiration synchronized with respiratory movements of the horse. Herewith at each lesson first the introduction part exercises are done - the respiratory physical exercises to be synchronized with movements of arms and the body. Then the exercises of the main part - exercises for training internal hip muscles, exercises for stretching. Then the final part comes, which includes exercises for general relaxation of muscles. Minimum course is 12-14 sessions. Optimal mode of trainings is 3 times a week by 30-40 minutes.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment or prevention due to intensified blood circulation in the pelvic organs, muscles and ligaments of the caudal area and hip joints at the load on the buttock muscles, muscle and ligaments of joints in conditions of moderate hyperthermia of perineum (horse's body temperature is 38½ degrees), that provides strengthening the own ligamentous apparatus of the pelvic organs, muscular frame and leads to reliable fixation of elements in the physiological position, improved patient's psycho-emotional state due to increased stress resistance, adaptation potential.
