FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to design of cores of rotor with permanent magnets, and method for production of electric machines. Rotor core consists of steel plates and comprises multiple sections of magnetic poles. Core plates contain tabs, protruding from sections of magnetic poles in peripheral direction, and external connection sections arranged radially outside tabs for connection of sections of magnetic poles to each other. Tabs having inclined surfaces from periphery to bases of tabs, increase rigidity and limited radial displacement of magnets outward by centrifugal force. External connection sections limit displacement tabs and magnets, thus additionally limit deformation of rotor core under centrifugal force.
EFFECT: technical result consists in limiting deformation of rotor core and displacement of magnets with reduced scattering of magnetic field.
