SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication and can be used for managing bandwidth allocation on traffic streams transmitted in access node of communication system. Method of controlling flow of heterogeneous traffic, carrying out access to a communication network (WN), in which access node (G) of network controls aggregation streams ( f i L 3 ) traffic in at least valid queue ( Q i L 2 ) at specified transfer protocol level (L2) network, comprising steps of distributing preset bandwidth ( θ i M a x ) queue ( Q i L 2 ) to ensure associated quality of service ( Q o S i L 3 ), arranged according to service level agreement. Method also includes steps of: forming a virtual queue ( Q i V L 2 ) for transmitting data in a plane (UPL2) of system for flow control ( f i L 3 )traffic that access network, including current replication aggregated traffic flow in actual transmission queue ( Q i L 2 ), measurement of at least a parameter representing current quality of service ( Q o S i L 3 o L 2 ), obtained on a virtual queue transmission ( Q i V L 2 ) in preset sequential horizons observation (OHi(k)); and dynamically evaluated demand ( θ i * ) bandwidth for a virtual queue ( Q i V L 2 ) transmission meeting quality of service, in form of function values, expected above parameter in each level monitoring (OHi(k)); therefore, according to estimated requirements ( θ i * ) bandwidth varied pass band ( θ i M a x ), distributed actual queue ( Q i L 2 ) for next horizon observation (OHi(k+1)) or limited flow ( f i L 2 ) traffic to queue ( Q i L 2 ).

EFFECT: more efficient bandwidth allocation in access point operating aggregation of flows of heterogeneous traffic.
