SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) is in communication with the wireless communication network, wherein the WTRU comprises: a receiver configured to obtain an access permission to the uplink resources, the resolution includes physical layer parameters associated with the uplink resources; a processor configured to select a logical channel for at least a first resource from uplink resources based on one or more requirements associated with the logical channel, and one or more physical layer parameters associated with the first resource from the uplink resources; a transmitter configured to transmit data from a logical channel through at least a first resource from uplink resources.
EFFECT: flexible use of bandwidth.
