METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF DEEP SKIN DEFECT IN PERINEA REGION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Flap is cut out of the anteroexternal huckle surface on a constant feed vascular pedicle from septal skin perforating vessels of the descending branch of the lateral artery, enveloping huckle with cognominal veins. Said flap is delivered to the perineum through a tunnel formed under the direct huckle muscle and tailor's muscle. Then skin is counter punctured in the infrabuttock crease region, the flap is drawn in the tunnel and extracted in the left infrabuttock crease region. Then the wound synovial bursa is excised, the wound is incised to perineum from the point of flap removing in the infrabuttock crease region. Flap vascular pedicle is placed in the wound, flap is laid on the perineal wound so that the “pockets” of the wound are plugged by the muscular flap portion.

EFFECT: method allows closing the large-size skin defects, avoiding using microvascular rhaphe technique, reducing risk of complications accompanying microsurgeries.
