SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adapter unit for fastening of wiper blade to its lever. Adapter unit has related to wiper blade lever adapter 10, related to wiper blade adapter 12, rotary support device 14 intended for attachment of adapter 10 related to wiper blade lever, and adapter 12 related to wiper blade, to each other with possibility of their rotation relative to each other about vertical axis 16 during assembly. Locking device 48 is intended to form locking connection between related to wiper blade lever adapter 10 and related to wiper blade adapter 12 being assembled with each other and has at least one locking recess 34, 36 and at least one locking device 30, 32, which is located on related to wiper blade lever adapter 10 and that in assembled state is located with geometrical closure in one of said locking recess 34, 36. Rotary support device 14 has support axle 18 designed to form geometric closure with corresponding reference hole 20 in assembled state.
