FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic control systems for excavators and cranes operating at negative temperatures. Disclosed is device for control of hoisting and digging mechanisms containing compressor, oil and moisture separator, and receiver, pneumatically connected to each other in series. Output of receiver therein is connected to inputs of adsorbents with evenly distributed heaters, and outputs of adsorbents are pneumatically connected to consumer. Compressor is equipped with suction filter containing housing with conical bottom and hole in its lower part, cleaned air discharge nipple, steam trap arranged in bottom hole, reflecting partition, purified air inlet nipple. Filter casing is made of two-layer jacket with air cavity connected by nipple of recovered heating air feed via pipeline and control valve with adsorbents, and by discharge nipple of recovered heated air into atmosphere. Evenly distributed heaters within adsorbents are separated from adsorbent grains by partitions. Each of partitions is made from bimetal. Bimetal material at side of heater has heat conductivity factor 2.0 to 2.5 times higher than that at side of adsorbent grains. Besides, partition to separate heaters within adsorbents from adsorbent grains are made with possibility of vertical displacement towards adsorbent at side of heaters, and are connected by springs, which are in compressed state.

EFFECT: technical result is maintaining efficient work during prolonged operation of hoisting and digging mechanisms, due to specified amount of compressed air at standard bulk weight of adsorbent, due to elimination of "dancing" breaking grains by direct compaction of adsorbent grains moving under action of preliminary compressed spring.
