FIELD: earth-moving facilities; pneumatic control systems of excavators and cranes operating at below-zero temperatures. SUBSTANCE: proposed control device has compressor, moisture-and-oil separator and receiver pneumatically connected in tandem. Receiver output is pneumatically connected to inputs of adsorbers with temperature regulating heaters uniformly distributed in height. Outputs of adsorbers are pneumatically connected to consumer. Compressor is furnished with suction filter provided with conical-bottom housing and hole in bottom part, cleaned air outlet union, steam trap in bottom hole, deflecting partition and cleaned air inlet unions. Suction filter housing is a two-layer jacket with air space connected with adsorbers by heating regenerated air inlet union, pipeline and regulating valve, and communicating with atmosphere by heated regenerated air outlet union. Reliability of pneumatic control systems of excavators and cranes operating at below-zero temperatures is improved owing to regeneration of dried air at preset capacity of compressor and reduced energy consumption for regeneration of adsorbers, provision of suction filter on suction pipeline and usage of regeneration heat for warming compressor suction filter housing.
