SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to annular partitions systems using annular partitions, methods and use of annular partitions. Annular partition expanding in annular space between tubular well structure and inner wall of well bore to ensure insulation zone between first zone and second well bore zone, containing: tubular part to be mounted as part of tubular structure of well structure and having expansion hole; expandable cuff surrounding said tubular part, wherein each end of extensible collar is connected with tubular part; and annular partition space between tubular part and expandable cuff, wherein annular partition additionally contains pressure amplification device equipped with input at first end, having liquid interconnection with expansion hole, and output at second end having liquid interconnection with annular partition, wherein amplification device comprises piston with first and second ends and arranged to slide in piston housing, wherein piston housing contains first cylinder having first inner diameter, which corresponds to outer diameter of first end of piston and has surface area of first end, and second cylinder having second diameter, which corresponds to outer diameter of second end of piston and has surface area of second end, wherein surface area of first end is larger than surface area of second end. Pressure amplification device additionally comprises fluid feed channel having liquid connection with said inlet and expansion hole for passage of fluid medium to second cylinder, wherein pressure amplification device additionally comprises first one-way check valve arranged in fluid medium supply channel to prevent fluid outlet from second cylinder at fluid compression with piston and for passage of fluid medium to second cylinder while reducing fluid compression by means of piston.

EFFECT: creation of annular partition, extensible without damage of other components in well.
