SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to circular barriers, extensible in annular space between tubular structure of well and inner wall of well shaft, as well as a circular barrier systems and systems of well shaft, comprising said circular barrier. Circular barrier comprises tubular element for installation of part of tubular structure of well, expandable cuff made of first metal enclosing tubular element and limiting space communicated with inner cavity of tubular element, expandable collar stretched in longitudinal direction and has an inner surface facing tubular element, and two ends. Circular barrier also includes two connecting elements made from second metal and connecting expandable cuff with a tubular element on each end of extensible collar bore in tubular element to allow passage of fluid in said space for expansion of collar and transition region, containing a compound of collar with connecting element, first metal is more flexible than second metal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing higher tightness between collar and tubular element, as well as a mechanical process connection element so that ideally fit to tubular element without change in material of collar and collar to expansion.
