FIELD: materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold curing repair material intended for immediate repair of chips, hollows, cavities, superficial and deep damages of cement-concrete monolithic and prefabricated coatings of aerodromes, roads, bridges, piers and other special facilities. Cold curing repair material contains methyl ester of methacrylic acid, titanium dioxide, cement, quartz filler with particle size of 0.1-3 mm microcalcites with fraction of 0.1-10 µm, dibutyl ester of phthalic acid, disperbyk used as disperser and hydrogen peroxide in the following proportions, wt%:

methyl ester of methacrylic acid 13.5-28.5 titanium dioxide 0.1-1.5 cement 3.5-7.5 quartz filler with particle size 0.1-3 mm 35-65 microcalcites with fraction of 0.1-10 µm 17.5-28.5 dibutyl ester of phthalic acid 0.1-1.5 disperbyk 0.1-1.0 hydrogen peroxide 0.1-5

Repair material can additionally contain carbon dioxide or pigment dyes and butyl acetate.

EFFECT: technical result is a composition for immediate repair with elimination of cracking at volumetric shrinkage, high consistency at filling voids of a repair section, low water absorption, possibility to use at negative temperatures and high frost resistance.
